Stripes and faded vertical patch on printouts
The stripes are most evident on the 80%, 70%, 60% which should be solid greyscale squares on the printout.
I've looked online, and the only fix I see is to unscrew the drum and pull it apart and clean it. Is there anything else I can (besides replace the drum)?
The printer is 15 months old, but has been printing like this for some time now.
