DeskJet 3630 Black ink cartridge 63/302

I removed the black ink cartridge as advised on the help line and this has cured the poor print problem I was experiencing.

So the printer is now compensating by using the colour cartridge only.

I pay monthly and get my ink cartridges automatically (when low ink levels are detected). Will the system recognise that I need a replacement cartridge or do I have to order one and pay for it?

Update.

I need not have worried - I have received an email from HP saying that an ink cartridge has been shipped at no extra cost.

Great service - I cannot fault it.
