Have a defective 64XL Tri-color ink cartridge that is defective. It is still within the warrantee date on the cartridge. How do I get it replaced. Bought on Amazon Subscribe and Save over 30 days before I tried to use it, so no help from Amazon available. Have been in circles on the HP website and not finding my way to anyone that can further this process along.

To get the Ink replacement, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
