How to install the ink cartridge

I have the HP Deskjet 3755 all in one printer. I can not get the cartridges to snap into the space that they need to go. I removed the tape like im supposed to but no matter what I do the cartridges do not fit into the slots. They just fall out. How do I snap them in place?

I understand you are not able to insert the ink cartridges in the printer.

Kindly refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Make sure you are using compatible HP inks.
