Welcome to the HP Community --
There are many, many HP printer models.
So - look up Product Home - Printers > Open Category Product Specifications > Open sub-category Printer Information
Open the Specifications document for your printer and read.
No separate Specifications document?
No worries...
Scroll down on the Product Specifications webpage and open whatever full specs that are provided.
Samples - Note your printer will likely be different

NOTE >>
You cannot change the hardware --
Specifications are meant to provide a ideal "if everything is perfect" baseline

Some ideas...
Next,
Connect to a fast network as opposed to a show network.
If your printer can do so, connect it to your network using Ethernet.
Next best, if the printer supports it AND the connection point is close enough for the frequency > Connect to 5GHz SSID named network.
Next,
Reduce network traffic - For example, printing while gaming is not as ideal as printing when other large processes are not being run by you or others on your network. True, the printer does the work -- the job must first get to the printer.
Next,
Print in Draft as opposed to Normal or Best.
Note that Draft is NOT available in all jobs -- check in the current job to find whether you can change the Quality setting(s).
Next,
Print in Black / White or Grayscale as opposed to color.
Note that settings for color / grayscale / black-white vary by job type and app / software.
Look for the best option in the current job settings.
Next,
Printing is faster when both printer and device (computer, tablet, phone) are on the same network.
Printing through a mobile network can be significantly slower.
