Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

My printer prints pink instead of blue. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions nothing worked. Now I am trying to remove the printheads cart so I can manually clean but I do not see a latch like it showns on the instructions videos. Not sure what to do. Any help?
