Product: HP Smart Tank 670 All-in-One

the red (pink) colour does not come out to the printer.  I called the support and she taught me how to open the print head by clicking some buttons on the printer.  She suggested me to buy a new print head.  I then purchased a new one, but I forgot which buttons to be clicked to open the print head.  Any one can help?

I understand you're experiencing an issue with installing new printhead on your printer.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link to install the printhead and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link after installing the printhead.
