Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 9015 Officejet Pro. I turned it on today but I don't use it everyday.  It reports that the black ink cartridge is depleted (962XL) when it is at least 70% full of ink.  How can I reset the printer to remove the erroneous message.
