new unopened HP C2P07A HP 62 XL on HP office jet 5252 receive message on printer cartridge not communicating with printer, replace cartridge. How to correct or better how to return to HP defective cartridge for replacement. who can afford to have replacements handy . this is the 2nd or 3rd time for these cartridges.
