@krobz2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Do you want to print in Draft mode?

Are you not happy with the print quality?

Printing in Draft mode will not give you a good quality print. You may have to use Normal or Best mode.

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

To know how to change the print modes, refer to this document - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows), check under - Print quality and improvement settings.

To resolve print quality issues, follow the steps from - Fixing Poor Print Quality

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
