Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I have found myself in desperate financial shape and had to put on hold my printer ink membership. I have HP cartridges that were supplied to me but printer rejects their use. How do I turn of the print cartridge presets for the 8025e????

I do not have an instant ink printer. My understanding is that if you run out of ink, or you cancel your subscription, you can use genuine Hewlett Packard cartridges either original or refilled. They must have an HP chip in the cartridge.

 

if you pause or cancel the subscription the instant ink cartridges cannot be used.  Possibly unused instant ink can be returned for a refund.
