Hi @shanti771,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To achieve accurate color prints on your HP ENVY Photo 7155, you can try the following steps to adjust color settings and improve print quality.
Check Printer Settings:
Open Printer Properties:
- On Windows: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, and select Printing Preferences.
- On macOS: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click Options & Supplies > Options > Printer Settings.
Color Management:
- Look for a Color Management or Color Options tab. Ensure that color settings are set to Automatic or Photo Quality for better color accuracy.
- You might also find an option to select a specific color profile or manage color settings. Use a profile suited for photo printing if available.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Download the Latest Drivers:
- Visit HP’s official website, search for your printer model, and download the latest drivers. Updated drivers can sometimes improve color accuracy.
Perform Printer Calibration:
- Calibration or Alignment:
- Go to the printer settings menu and look for an option to perform a Printhead Alignment or Calibration. This can improve color accuracy and print quality.
Use High-Quality Paper:
- Paper Type:
- Make sure you’re using high-quality photo paper suitable for your printer. The type of paper can significantly affect color accuracy.
Check Ink Levels and Quality:
- Replace Cartridges:
- Ensure all ink cartridges are full and not expired. Sometimes, old or low ink levels can affect color output.
Print Using ICC Profiles:
- Download ICC Profiles:
- If you have access to ICC profiles for your printer and paper type, use them for more accurate color reproduction. Install the ICC profile and select it in your print settings.
Adjust Colors in Your Software:
- Software Adjustments:
- Use photo editing software to make color adjustments before printing. Tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom offer color correction features that might help.

Check Printer Firmware:
- Update Firmware:
- Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can sometimes fix color issues and improve performance.
Print Test Pages:
- Test Prints:
- Print test pages to identify if specific colors are consistently off. This can help diagnose if the issue is with the printer settings or the software.
These steps should help you get closer to achieving true color prints.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
