Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

Hi Iam having a printing problem with HP 419 . It was not printing cyan and yellow and after refilling cyan it is now printing cyan magenta and black but yellow is not gettting printed though ink is near full and many cleaning test has been performed. kindly suggest should i clean printer head
