HP 4630 Printer. Was low on color ink. When replaced, trouble started. First would not show cartridge full, so I bought another one. Now, not printing at all. Cleaned heads multiple times. Unplugged, replugged, etc. Reset cartridges, tried printing with one cartridge, no good.

Hi @Philip125,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already gone through some troubleshooting steps, but let's see if we can resolve the issue. Here are a few additional things you can try:
Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the cartridges are properly installed. Sometimes, if they're not inserted correctly, the printer won't recognize them or print properly.
Print a Test Page: Most printers have a self-test or diagnostic page that you can print directly from the printer's control panel. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the communication between the printer and the computer.
Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your printer installed on your computer. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause printing issues.
Check for Firmware Updates: Similarly, ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. HP often release firmware updates to fix bugs and improve performance.
Try Different Paper: Sometimes, using low-quality or incompatible paper can cause printing problems. Try using a different type or brand of paper to see if that makes a difference.
Inspect Print Head: If the printer is still not printing after cleaning the heads, there might be a problem with the print head itself. Inspect it closely for any signs of damage or clogging. If you see any debris, carefully clean the print head with a lint-free cloth and some isopropyl alcohol.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
