Product: hp envy 4500 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I purchased from Staples an hp 61 xl ink cartridge and my hp envy 4500 printer is saying it's not compatible. What can I do to get a refund? the hp 61 non xl works fine in the printer it just won't accept the xl.

Can I return to staples or do I have to go a different route.  All of my firmware, drivers and everything possible has been updated.  I have rebooted multiple times but it is not happy with this cartridge. Help me get my 49.00 back please?
