Hp DeskJet 3755

I just set up a Hp DeskJet 3755 and it is printing blank pages.  I received 1 color printed page for instant ink but all other printing and test print from my laptop isn't working.  The printer looks and acts like it is printing but the page is blank.  I did remove the strip from the cartridge prior to installation in the printer.

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Perform steps 2 and 5 from this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page as shown in step 8 of this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality

Unfortunately, this did not work.   Fixing Poor Print Quality - this link is broken.  the page is not working.  My work and personal computers (both HP) do not pull hp a printer assistant when I search for HP DeskJet 3755 so I'm unable to check the ink levels.  I did complete a primary and secondary print head cleaning via the HP Smart App but this did not resolve the issue.  I did order a new HP 65 black ink cartridge hoping the current cartridge may be defective and a replacement will resolve the issue.
