HP Enyy 5052

I have placed two different color cartridges in this printer and neither one show the color of magenta so everything is more green  yellow or blue. Is it truly all bad cartridges? I purchased ones that show they are good for my type of printer so I'm at a loss

Try cleaning the printhead and let me know if that helps

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.

The printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

Print Quality Diagnostic report without defects

  4. Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

    • If the print quality is acceptable, touch No. You can stop troubleshooting.

    • If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.

NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.

Thank you
