Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently had my ink cartridges filled. The Black INK prints just fine but the color ink wont print at all. I have tried to reset the printer, clean the cartridges, prime the cartridge and still nothing. Ink comes out when I rub a cloth on the bottom of the cartridge. The test page prints only black and no color.

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
