Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to replace all 4 cartridges on my HP Officejet 6962.  I have purchased from 2 totally different companies and I am getting a NON-HP CHIP detection error on cartridges that are HP Officejet compatible.  How do I get rid of this error message or override it?

HP Recommended

Many "HP Compatible" cartridges are not compatible.  I would suggest you contact your suppliers for replacements, or purchase genuine HP cartridges.

I am 50 yrs old and have been a due hard HP person.  But I have ran Compatible cartridges up until this last firmware update.  Well sorry to say I am now an Epson Ecotank person.  No more cartridges for this girl.  Bottles of ink are cheaper and you get more.
