Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer which has worked fine for many years.  Since changing my computer to one with windows 10 we have had problems printing at A3.  Documents will only print in grayscale, not colour and also the lines are pixelated.  The same document will print at A4 without problems.  I have tried re-installing the software, but nothing seems to rectify the problem.

HP Recommended

You need to go to hp.com and install the latest drivers from HP, you are currently printing with Microsoft drivers and those are causing you issues printing on A3 only
