Product: HP Pagewide 556

We have Hp Pagewide 556dn printers. Some of the printers are not printing some or partial colors (print quality test report) and sometime even print nothing but blank page which I understand the printrehead clogged. As per the online information clogging mostly happen if the printer was off for long time. However our printers are not turned off for longer time but maximum 3 days.  I have used all the available options like Print head Cleaning Level 1 and 2 and for some the problem temporarily solved but come again. For others the problem still there. I have tried to search google and found different recommendations which are inconsistent. 

Please can some one advise me the best option to clean the printhead and resolve the print quality problem. 

Does washing the Ink collection unit totally by warm water may reduce the problem?

Which fluid is better to use for immersing the print head /warm distilled water /or other prinntehad solution on market?  or Isopropyl? 

Please help me. Thank you for your consideration
