i had the hp photo envy 7134 for about 9 months, it suddenly stopped turning on so i claimed on the warranty and received a replacement. Got the brand new one yesterday, and it’s doing this when it prints. (See photos) not all the time but alot, i run a busy printing business so it’s no good really. Seems though it’s only doing this on black lines, but as well as this it occasionally it leaving purple blobs down the page. I’ve tried aligning several times, cleaning the smear, cleaning cartridges. It solved the issue for a few prints but then starts doing it again. My old printer never did this once. Any suggestions?
also it can’t be a paper problem, i’ve been using the same paper a year now (200gsm glossy photo paper)

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
