HP Photosmart C4795 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I print tags for the merchandise in my retail store which include bar codes. For no apparent reason my printer has decided to thicken all the lines suddenly. This normally wouldn't be a big issue, but it makes the barcodes unreadable. As far as I know, I have not changed anything. The file is set up with all the formatting. The tags printed fine just a week or so ago. If I print from a different printer it works fine. The paper is the same. The ink is the same (genuine HP cartridge). I have tried cleaning the printheads through the software, switching to a new ink cartridge, uninstalling and reinstalling the printer completely, and printing the file as an image.

I am using an old 32-bit windows 7 desktop. The printer is hooked up through a USB cord. I can not run hp print doctor because when it tries to install Microsoft .NET framework it can't and cancels out. Here is a picture to show the issue. The left tag is from a different printer and is how it should look. The right is from the printer in question and can not be picked up with the barcode reader. All the text seems a little thicker so I don't think its just the barcode font. But I did try reinstalling the font also.
