I bought Hp Xl 3600 from Asia and l want to use here in Zimbabwe, Africa but facing challenges with Catridges. I bought set of catridges from reputable Hp Dealership in South Africa but the machine is detecting them as Incompatible Ink Catridges. HOW Best can l will be helped?

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your printer cartridges. We always recommend using genuine HP ink cartridges.
I see that you have an issue using non-HP ink cartridges on your printer.

If you are using generic or non-HP ink cartridges and the above links do not help. You will have to contact the generic ink cartridge manufacturer to assist you further with it, or you will have to use genuine HP ink cartridges to resume printing.

I bought Hp original catridges and the printer was used in other geographical region. The catridge are original. What about the issue of regions.

Thanks for getting back to us.
If the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.
