I have tried the drivers for HP Officejet Pro 8600 and HP 990C to run both Hp Deskjet 6122 and HP Deskjet 6127.  Both machine are brand new.  I use only HP ink cartridge.  I also turn the printers off when not in use.  The problem I am have is the both printer won't print in black and white or color.  Both are printing in Magenta with some words in black, but when doing a print test page is in black and white there are no colors.

This is the problem I have with large companies, they stop supporting product that are popular with small business.  HP Deskjet 6122 and HP Deskjet 6127 are brand new taken out of never open boxes.  The drivers I'm using are the driver HP it's self has recommended for windows 10 and Windows 11.   I have checked windows update several times for updated drivers.  The printer maintenance and alignment doesn't work because the drivers aren't for my printer.   The ink cartridges have the print head built into to them and have tried them in different printer and have the same problem.  I have already checked the printer setting and changed them several times after running a print test with comes out a solid black and shows no color test.
