I have brought this printer from kuwait. In india we dont get to buy 652 catridges.680  is only available in india..i brought them and had them in the printer.but it says incompatible ink cartridge s

Hi,

When you move a country, you should use the compatible ink cartridges for your region, once contacting HP Support and resetting the printer, it will use the local cartridges from now on.

 

Did you ever use the printer in India? may you previously contacted HP and reset the printer for India?
