Hp envy 4520 ink carriage does not move to replace ink cartridge

Hp envy 4520 ink carriage does not move to replace ink cartridge. The black ink is gone, but when I open the printer so I can replace the cartridge, the carriage does not move so I cannot remove nor replace the cartridge.

Already tried turning it on and off again, also tried disconnecting it from the electricity network and connecting it again.

I just bought new ink for it and it works really well otherwise, I do not want to have to buy a new one.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
