I recently moved from US to UK and brought my printer with me. In the US I subscribed to instant ink and am looking to do the same now I’m in the uk.
In November before moving, Hp virtual assistant advised to cancel us subscription and take out a new uk one when I arrived. I have tried to sign up to a plan in the uk but as it is expired Instant ink cartridges in the printer, I am unable to continue. I cannot print a test page with a new code in either as printer is recognised as owned by my email address.
I am not trying to get another free trial, will gladly hand my money over but am totally stick - anyone got any suggestions?

@nicmolloy23, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We'd be glad to serve you and appreciate your patronage with HP 🙂
Since the printer does not have a front panel display and also the ink cartridges are depleted, the only option is for you to buy one set of ink cartridges for the printer.
Once you have both tricolor ink and black ink we will have to perform a regional reset to get the printer to work with UK cartridges.
Once the reset is completed you can continue with the HP Instant Ink enrollment and we shall help you with the same.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
