Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

 

I have an hp envy pro. I replaced cartridges thinking maybe it wasn’t an original hp cartridge. The colors coming out are nothing like the picture and grainy. I selected the right paper, cleaned the printer, realigned and everything but no change.
