Hello evryone, i have problem with my laserjet pro 200 M251nw printer, it print not colors, i have fixed setings of inks but it is always the same problem

@Abdeel1995, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

As I understand, you are not able to print in color?

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink toner.

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues
