HP Recommended

My printer had been working fine and now it won’t print blue ink. I’ve bought new cartridges, cleaned the printer heads, reset it and ran a bunch of print quality reports. The other colors look fine but the blue barely shows. I’ve only had this printer a year and a half. I’ve also seen other people post that they are having the same issue. Is it some type of defect? How can i fix it?
