After replacing the black instant ink cartridge, I get the following error: there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different non-empty cartridge. If message appears again, record message, and contact support.
The message continues to appear. I contacted support after troubleshooting with the virtual assistant; however, I cannot get through to a live person in support.
