Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Hello I’m super disappointed and dissatisfied with how their products stop working but can’t contact anyone from support because my printer is no longer under warranty! Thanks hp anyway here’s my issue I ordered cartridges from amazon a four pack for hp officejet 962 for officejet 9025 and only 3 cartridges worked and then cyan blue cartridge said not compatible with the printer so we purchased cyan color cartridge by itself from Amazon with it saying again the error message this ink cartridges is not compatible with this printer when it saids it’s for 9020 series. Does it have to say 9025 series for it to work? This is very frustrating and I feel like just dumping my printer and go with another printer not hp.  Because the previous 4 cartridges said the same error message at first but began to work after taking them out and back in. Anyone had this experience and if so what did you do to fix other than buying a whole new printer? My printer warranty has expired so I won’t be able to speak to anyone at hp about the experience.  So any tips would be helpful and thanks for answering
