Product: HP Smart Tank 615

I got this HP Smart tank printer last October 2020 and used it only once. Now that i am using it again, it does not print black but onpy the other colors. I already did the troubleshooting from the manual and guide but nothing happened. Anyone experienced similar and how were you able to fix it?

@Okidokie, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Since the printer was not used for a while, the ink could have dried up or the ink nozzles could be blocked. Check the ink levels.

 

Kindly perform steps 6 and 5 respectively from this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
