Product: Hp series 5222

Hi ,

 

I have recently bought the hp all in one printer series 5222 and it comes with 4 month free ink . 

I have registered my email I’d in ink subscription under a plan. Now I need to know how I can redeem my 4 months free ink . It also says we need to register before 7 days which I have done it. Kindly help
