Hi, I would like to ask for help regarding the cartridge error that often occurs in my HP Smart Tank 750.

I just bought the printer last March, yet after 2 months, my printer started having issues with its cartridge. I did follow the solution that the HP support video provided, though it works for some time, like after printing 5 pages, then it will stop printing and show a 2-blinking cartridge icon on the screen panel.

 

Can you help me with this problem?

1. Please follow steps from the next video:

2. If the cartridge (printhead) error is still happening then you may need to replace that cartridge (printhead)

 

  • Black printhead - 6ZA17AE

  •  Tricolor Printhead - 3YP17AA

3. Also you have the option to ask for HP Support Philippines for replacement:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
