Hello friends please help me. Yellow colour is not showing up in my print diagnostics . I have tried head cleaning by software but no results. Should I clean the print head manually or call some professional to help? Will hp help me in this? Thank you.

Hi @Sillypie_37 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've already attempted basic troubleshooting steps by running the head cleaning function through the software, which is a good first step. If the yellow color is still not printing after multiple cleaning cycles.
Before attempting to clean the print head manually, here are a few additional steps you can try:
Check the Yellow Ink Cartridge: Make sure the yellow ink cartridge is properly installed and not empty. Sometimes, cartridges may be incorrectly seated or low on ink, which can cause printing issues.
Run Deep Cleaning: Some printers have a deep cleaning option which can be more thorough than regular cleaning cycles. Check your printer's manual or software interface to see if there's an option for deep cleaning and run it.
Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the yellow ink cartridge has sufficient ink. If it's low, replace it with a new cartridge and see if that resolves the issue.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
