Hp wireless ink tank 419 not printing yellow colour

It is a HP ink tank wireless 419 printer. Although other colours are visible on a print diagnostic  page , yellow block is completely missing. Also in some shades of black light purple colour appears. Ink tanks are almost full. I have performed 'Clean Cartridges' through the software multiple times. Are the tubes clogged?  Do the print heads  need to be physically cleaned?
