I have used both HP ink cartridges and non hp ink cartridges. I just installed all 4 cartridges (non hp) and the printer will not print and I’m getting a message that says “There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If this message appears again, record message and contact HP.” All cartridges are new. I really need an answer soon because I need to print payroll checks!!!! Thank you
The third party ink cartridges will work. But there are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why its not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
