Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

THIS PRINTER HAS BEEN WORKING WELL

HOWEVER NEEDED TO CHANGE CARTRIDGE A FEW DAYS AGO.

THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGE REFERENCE IS 903

BUT THIS TYPE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND THE ONLINE HP SHOP SHOWS TO USE 905

I HAVE BOUGHT AND INSTALLED THE 905 BUT IT STILL GIVES A MSG: INCOMPATIBLE

 

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO PLEASE?

Hi @LRGJVDW 

HP 903 ink cartridges should be used with your printer,

 

Hp 905 ink cartridges are intended for use in Asia Pacific and not in Europe, these will not work with your printer in your region.

 

You should be able to find HP 903 ink cartridges, as I can also see only in Amazon Belgium as an example:

Thanks for your reply.

BUT this is part of the challenge.  I moved the printer from Europe to Australia.  SO what now!?  Can I or HP do a region reset?
