I am enrolled in Instant ink and have HP SMART... In the HP smart app my printer is looking fine... it is in the "ready to print mode" It is connected to Internet in both the PRINTERS toggle and the INSTANT INK dashboard. But when instant ink tries to contact my printer it is saying "unable to contact printer- check connection" Because of this, I cannot get my much needed BLACK INK from you all , even though you can clearly se that I need it on the ink cartridge supply diagram
