I need color ink...that is my only issue.  When I first enrolled in HP Instant ink I shortly recieved a color and a black ink cartridges.  Then my daughter and son wanted pictures printed for school.  This quickly used my color cartridge, so I ran down to the store and got a new one.  Now it says that HP cannot read my cartridge because it is not an instant ink cartridge.  They just sent me my second shipment and it only contained a black cartridge.  It has been over a month since I contacted them and explained the situation.  So my question is what EXACTLY do I have to do to get them to send me a color cartridge?  Should I just say forget it and cancel the service?
