This printer (HP Envy 6055e) does not work.  I have seen numerous questions on these support pages just like mine.  I am tired of wasting my time and money .   It does not do what any printer should do. I have replaced three sets of ink cartridges (all recently purchased HP cartridges) and it still tells me they are "unusable."  It is the printer that is "unusable" and I want my money back.  I have purchased several HP printers in the past (I still have one that works perfectly fine), but this one has been a headache since I bought it.  If I can't get a refund, I will purchase another printer.
