When I print the page comes out blank. So I changed the color cartridge, that said it was low. Then I did a test page and it only prints in teal color. The black ink cartridge shows that it is low, but it does not say to change it. Plus Instant ink has not sent a new black cartridge to me. How do I get them to send me a me black cartridge.
