@Logie48, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
What model printer are you using?
Are you facing any issues with the ink cartridge?
There are no such known issues with the HP 907XL ink cartridges.
Keep me posted.

Hi, I am using HP Office Jet Pro 6960 at home. I was looking to purchase some replacement genuine HP cartridges and contacted "Cartridge Save. Co.Uk" who stated in an e mail to me that the 907XL range of cartridges have been removed from our site due to a known quality issue brought forward by HP.
That is the reason for my query.
Thanks for your reply

After consulting with multiple technical representatives we have concluded that HP officejet 8600 premium rejects all other remanufactured ink cartridges.. although I personally believe my printer head is just fine replacement# CR322A..
This was because when I replaced my blue ink cartridge the red ink light came on and it has not gone off now I have all four lights up.
I never had a print quality issue The issue is with remanufactured ink cartridges number two factory reset almost impossible and the contact pins also came up as an issue

Thank you for the response. It could be that the HP 907XL ink cartridges are out of stock. You may order it online from HP Store, click here. Alternatively, you may use HP 903XL ink cartridges that are compatible with this printer in the UK region.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
