Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have looked at several retail outlets to find cartridges for my HP C4580 All in One printer.  I know it is an older model, but it works perfectly and I want to continue using it if possible.  If the usual cartridges ( HP 74 & 75) are not available any longer... is there an option for a replacement?

I saw them on Newegg for around $55 a set (74 & 75). BestBuy sold them out.
