Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3636 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print from my HP Deskjet 3636 printer. I have a new black catridge installed and the colour one is half. I have tried all the troubleshooting available through HPdoc and HP virtual assistant. Still the print comes out as a blank paper.

I understand that you are unable to print, I am glad to assist you.

 

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

If not, make a photocopy from the printer panel and let me know how it prints.
