I bought Inke from eBay and after installation, it gave an error that: the indicated cartridge had been identified as altered cloned.

For HP Printers you have to use HP Ink, as it has a chip in it that allows it to work. If you haven’t already tried pulling the cartridge out and reinstalling it, try that. If that doesn’t work you may have gotten a cartridge that simply isn’t compatible with your printer (sorry).

 

you can test this if you still have the previous cartridge by putting it in and seeing if the same error pops up. If it doesn’t then you have a non-legitimate or faulty cartridge.
