Photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 11

Printer starts up but when a print or copy is ordered, it generates an error message about a failed printhead. A replacement printhead is not being recognized at all, so I returned it for refund. Should I order another printhead from a different vendor? Recommendations? This 7520 has only printed 740 pages. Would be a shame to trash it.

No real help from any quarter. Support did not even bother to tell me to buy only a genuine HP replacement printhead. Of course not. They did give me the name of two companies who sell $100+ printheads. The HP replacement part costs more than I paid Costco for the printer in the first place. Just absurd. Guess I'm breaking up with you, HP.

Zero real help. Gotta buy a new printhead, and it costs about as much as the original printer. Absurd! Guess we're breaking up after all these years, HP.
