i bought a brand new printer after mine had broke i went to add it to insta ink as i already had an accout and it keeps saying that it cant be done cause this printer is on someones account but its not cause it was brand new in the box i still have the box i need my printer for work i cant wait for it to work i need it now and i cant get it to sign up please help what do i do.
